WHERE WE SHIP

We ship anywhere in the U.S. and to select international destinations.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days, though many go out sooner.
Express shipping: Orders placed before 12pm PST on business days will ship same-day (during non-peak times).During high-volume sales or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days. Thank you for your patience as we grow.
Note: We do not ship on weekends. Expedited U.S. shipping promos apply to in-stock items only.

PRE-ORDERS

If your order includes both a Pre-Order item and an In-Stock item, we will ship everything once the Pre-Order is available. Want in-stock items sooner? Please place a separate order. If you order multiple Pre-Order items with different release dates, all items will ship together once they’re available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from fulfillment centers across the U.S. Shipping fees vary by destination. VAT is included where applicable. Please allow up to 3 weeks for international delivery with ground shipping.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is marked “delivered” but goes missing afterward, MUAVES is not responsible.
To help protect your order:
– Know your local delivery times
– Choose a shipping method with signature confirmation if theft is a concern

Note: Free Shipping does not include insurance or signature tracking.
If your package is lost in transit (before delivery), please contact the shipping carrier directly.
