Refund policy

We want you to love your MUAVES products, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your U.S. order, you may return it within 21 days of the date the order was shipped. Original shipping is non-refundable. For domestic returns, a $7.95 fee (covers the return label + processing) will be deducted from your refund. If you select store credit, the return shipping fee will be waived.

To initiate a return, please email hello@mymuaves.com with your order number. Please ensure that the products are returned unwashed, and in their original condition (MUAVES clear pouch if included) and inserts. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Please note that all items on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
