Muaves Hair Turban are designed to improve the health of all hair types: curly, coils, wavy or straight, thin or thick.

Muaves Hair Turbans are designed to transition your hair from a wet state to a damp state as quickly as possible with microfiber. Microfiber is 100 times finer than a human hair. A square inch on a microfiber towel holds close to 200,000 fibers, which creates a larger surface area to absorb moisture. For this reason, drying your hair with a microfiber towel is faster than using a cotton towel.
We recommend following our fabric care instructions to ensure you get the best life out of your Muaves hair wrap. It is machine washable but should be treated as a delicate. Hand washing is recommended to maximize the life of the hair wrap.
When washing, turn inside out and use cold water and mild detergent. Use a delicates bag to prevent snagging. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. To preserve the condition of your hair wrap, avoid tumble drying. After washing, turn inside out and hang or lay flat to dry. To extend the life of the hair wrap do not wring, do not iron and do not dry clean.
Muaves Hair Turbans are are made of a special poly blend (in a satin weave) that is both animal friendly and beauty sleep friendly. Our dyes are never tested on animals. Our vegan satin gives you the softness and breathability of silk without hurting any silk worms. We chose this blend because it is soft but durable enough to be machine washable. The Quick Dry Hair Turbans are lined with plush microfiber.
Most haircare products used in your everyday routine will not cause damage to the Muaves Hair Turban. The wrap is washable.
Unfortunately, after an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to see if it can be adjusted. Even if you reach out immediately after placing the order, there is no guarantee that it can be changed, but we will try.
All orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. All orders ship from our Los Angeles warehouse.
We accept returns of U.S. orders within 14 days of the date the order was shipped. Returns will be subject to a $7 stocking fee and shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. All items on SALE are final.
You'll receive an order confirmation once you place an order, containing the details of the order. You can also email customer support (firstname.lastname@example.org) for assistance. When your order ships, you'll receive a follow up email notice with your tracking number.

Follow the steps at the portal to request your return. Please include the original order packing slip in the return package. Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Using the provided label, please drop off your package at any Post Office or USPS location.

If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery. If you feel, this has happened to you, we recommend tracking your item and reaching out to USPS or UPS directly. Unfortunately, once an item has left our warehouse, we are unable to control its whereabouts.
We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away.
If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send it back to us and we'll refund you as soon as it's arrived back at our warehouse. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return label.
In the unlikely event you have received a defective item, please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving it with the following information:
Your order number, a description, and photographic evidence.
Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot action a refund, credit or exchange. Once we've received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is resolved instantly.
Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time and we don't always require the faulty item back.
Pre-ordered items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. Shipping timelines on pre-orders are detailed in the product description, as well as in your confirmation email.
The date listed on the product page is an estimation based on details from the merchandise provider and can vary depending upon demand. Details regarding delays are communicated when information is provided by the vendor. If an update has not been provided, we don’t have the information readily available yet.
You will receive an automatic email with tracking information to your email address on file when your order ships out, just as you would with an order for an in-stock item!
Purchasing expedited shipping controls the speed of shipping only, not the speed of production. If you choose expedited shipping for a pre-order, the item will be completed as scheduled, and when it is finished it will ship to you with your chosen expedited shipping.
The entirety of your order will be held until the pre-order item is completed and all the items can ship together in one package. If you would like your in-stock purchases to ship separately, ahead of your pre-order purchase, please purchase the in-stock items through a separate order from your pre-order items.
You can contact Muaves Customer Support by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we can offer to switch out your pre-ordered style for a comparable in-stock style that can be sent immediately, or we can cancel your pre-order and offer store credit in exchange.
