WHERE WE SHIP

We ship anywhere in the U.S and to select countries interationally. 

PROCESSING (PACKING/SHIPPING) YOUR ORDER

Orders will ship within 2-3 business days but may ship sooner. Express shipping options will be shipped same day if placed before noon PST during normal volume periods. During high volume sales it may take up to 5 Business Days to ship. Thanks for your patience with our growing brand! DISCLAIMER: Any expedited US shipping deals apply to in stock orders

Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

PRE-ORDERS

If you purchase a "Pre-Order" and "In Stock item" together, your order will not be shipped until the Pre-Order item is available. If you want to receive an "In Stock item" soon, please order separately.

If you order multiple pre-order items with different release dates at the same time, all items will be shipped together once they are available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

MUAVES ships worldwide from fulfillment centers across the country. Shipping fees are based on delivery locations. VAT will be included. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery for ground shipping.

Once your order is placed, you will be redirected to an order status page that you can refer back to at any time. If you have any questions regarding the payment or shipment of your order, contact us at hello@mymuaves.com.

PACKAGE LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED?

If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery. We understand that having a package taken from your porch is frustrating. It must be your responsibility to know typical delivery times of postal workers in your neighborhood, and make sure someone is home to receive the package.

We recommend using Route Package Protection, which can be added to your order at checkout. Route provides protection for shipments that are lost or stolen. Visit RouteApp.IO to learn more. If Route is not used, MUAVES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

To file a claim, please go to https://claims.route.com.

Please note, Route Protection cannot be added after you have already checked out.

Please choose the right shipping method if you have concerns of package theft or loss. Our Free Shipping option does not include comprehensive insurance or signature confirmation. If your package is lost in transit (very rare) this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you may reach out to the carrier directly for assistance.
